Every great performance has a souffleur.

Souffleur listens to your client calls and whispers to you as soon as a statement doesn't match your documents. With the page number. The other side notices nothing.

Act I · The problem

One wrong sentence in a call costs more than the whole meeting.

Nobody knows every detail of the whitepaper, price list and contract by heart. In a call there's no time to look it up, so people guess. The mistake only shows when it gets expensive.

01

Promises that aren't true

A delivery date, a data location, a feature. Once it's said, it's on the table and later in the contract.

02

Looking it up kills the moment

“Let me check and get back to you” postpones the decision. Whoever has the answer right away leads the conversation.

03

Notes come too late

Meeting notes summarize what was said. Nobody checks whether it was right.

Dramatis personae

Cast of characters

YOU
lead the conversation, as always.
YOUR CLIENT
asks the questions the deal depends on.
THE DOCUMENTS
Whitepapers, price lists, contracts, even code. They stay on your computer.
THE SOUFFLEUR
listens, compares and only speaks up when something is off.
THE AUDIENCE
sees none of it. No bot in the meeting, and hints stay hidden while you share your screen.

Act II · How it works

Three steps. Then just listen.

1. Pick your documents

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, whole folders or code repositories. Your files stay where they are.

2. Have your call

The app listens to your microphone and the other side's audio and transcribes locally. No bot joins the meeting.

3. Get the hint

When a checkable statement comes up, a discreet hint appears. Everything else stays quiet.

Contradiction
The statement doesn't match your documents.
✓ Confirmed
It's correct, with proof for follow-up questions.

Act III · The app

Out of the way, until it matters.

Start in seconds

Pick documents and a check profile. The notice to the other participants is included.

Live history

Checks appear right under the sentence. Promises are noted automatically.

Discreet in person

Planned: the hint arrives as a vibration on your smartwatch.

Act IV · Use cases

Wherever statements have consequences.

Presales & sales

Product claims in client calls

Features, security, rollout time, pricing. Souffleur checks every promise against docs, whitepapers and price lists before it ends up in the offer.

Typical documents: Product docs, security whitepapers, price lists, roadmap

COLLEAGUE

Rollout takes two weeks for us.

→ Enterprise onboarding: four to six weeks including SSO setup. Onboarding.md, section 2

Advisory & compliance

Advisory sessions with clients

Statements about costs, risks and terms are checked against product documents. The report records what was corrected during the call.

Typical documents: Product sheets, key information documents, internal policies

ADVISOR

There's no front-end load on this product.

→ A front-end load applies. KID.pdf, p. 2

Engineering & product

Refinements and architecture reviews

Claims about code, configuration and history are checked directly in the repository, including Git history.

Typical documents: Git repositories, specs, tickets, configuration

DEVELOPER

The export doesn't use the DTO at all.

→ ExportService serializes ArticleDto directly. ExportService.java:42

In-person meetings

Across the table instead of on video

Your phone lies on the table and the hint arrives as a discreet vibration on your smartwatch. Nobody notices. (Planned)

Typical documents: Terms, warranty conditions, offers

CLIENT

The warranty is five years, right?

✓ Five years manufacturer warranty, extendable. Warranty.pdf, p. 1

Act V · After the call

The report that doesn't leave mistakes with your client.

After every call you see which statements were confirmed, which were wrong and whether they were corrected during the call. Uncorrected points become a correction in your follow-up email at the push of a button.

Act VI · Privacy

Stage directions on privacy

Built in Germany. As little as possible leaves your device.

(The audio stays on your computer. So does speech recognition.)

(Only the two or three sentences at stake go to the AI model for checking.)

(The souffleur only reads. It doesn't write, send or delete anything.)

(Whoever is being listened to knows it: if you want, a notice goes into the meeting chat.)

Epilogue · Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is listening in legally allowed?+

All participants must be informed and agree. The app can post a notice in the meeting chat automatically when it starts. The exact obligations depend on country and industry, so please check them with your legal or compliance team.

Can the other side see the hints?+

No. Hints only appear on your screen and are hidden when you share it. No bot joins the meeting either.

Which meeting tools does it work with?+

Any tool that plays audio on your computer, for example Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. The app listens to your microphone and system audio, regardless of the tool.

Which data leaves my computer?+

Audio and speech recognition stay local. For checking, only short transcript snippets and the matching passages of your documents are sent to the AI model. For enterprise setups, the model can run in an EU region or on your own infrastructure.

Which languages are supported?+

German and English. More languages will follow.

What if Souffleur is wrong?+

Every hint shows its source, so you can check it with one click. If Souffleur finds nothing solid, it stays silent.

Finale

Dress rehearsal

Bring a real document, a whitepaper or a price list. We play through a client call, and you see for yourself when the souffleur steps in. 30 minutes, directly with the developer.

We're looking for our first pilot customers. You get a personal setup, a direct line to the developer and better terms. We keep building based on your feedback.
